Graphic Designer Application

Which Position: Graphic Designer
Experience with this position: I have been designing Graphics on and off for atleast two or three years now. I use Photoshop CS4 Extended. To view my most recent work go here.
Extra Notes: When it comes to designing, I do have trouble with ranks, though I am learning and I believe in myself on eventually getting the hang of designing ranks. Though I love designing most other requests. If I do get accepted can my "Color For Moderation" be Lime?

I do take personal Graphic Requests through my forum. (I am not advertising or anything, I'm just saying. If you need off site requests thats where I handle them).

Thanks for accepting my application. Element, I just have a concern. Your staff hiring is way to easy. You need to give each staff member some thought before you give them a position.

I do put alot of though before hiring my staff. Most go through a trial phase, and others are accepted because i used to work with them on other forums.

I suppose I could be considered a prime example. I was a moderator for 3 or 4 days and once I had proven myself capable of doing the job and trustworthy, I was promoted to admin.

I see no problem whatsoever in the way Element hires his staff. If anyone doesnt do a good job, they can simply be removed from the group.
